Help Dennis Receive Surgery

Dennis is a loving ten years old Beagle with a sassy personality. He's independent but super caring and is great with everyone, especially children.

Unfortunately, he developed a 9x12 cm mass in his stomach. This mass pushes against his pancreas which causes low blood sugar. When his blood sugar supply is severely low, he falls into a brutal seizure.

As a band aid, my siblings and I ensure to keep his blood sugar high by giving him liquid corn syrup (Karo) every 2 hours. We've been doing this for over 2 months. We closely monitor him even at night, lacking sleep entirely. It is a restless situation but it is one we are pushing through because of how much we love him.

We spoke to the doctor who concluded surgery would be the only option. We are trying our best to save money however we fear the longer we wait, the bigger the mass will grow in size and one day be fatal.

He is not the same since the mass. After every seizure episode, he seems dazed. He knows something is not right with his body because he often gives a confused expression when he is not feeling well. It pains us to see him go through this.

So, we are seeking help. We need to raise money so Dennis can get surgery and be well again. Every little helps. We are grateful of any amount that can be contributed for Dennis to live happily again. We would be grateful to be able to sleep at night without anxiety that he will fall in to a seizure and get brain damage or the mass that will potentially kill him.
