Help Dennis Get Life-Saving Surgery

A small surgery has become a large problem. Dennis broke his leg on the 26th and got his leg amputated on the 29th. The reason amputation was done is because Dennis is still only 4 months old, and when his leg was broken, his growth plate was severely damaged, causing his leg not to grow with his body in the future.

Recovery was going well until last night. Dennis got his cone off while we were asleep and chewed his stitches open. I took him to the vet, and they said he has dying white tissue. With the damage being so close to his genital areas, it could cause him to have bladder problems, leading to a bigger and bigger surgery. So, with that being said, they bandaged it up and sent me on my way with antibiotics and gabapentin to keep him drowsy.

I have to come up with the money to do a surgery at OSU or Medvet. OSU quoted me $4,000 for surgery and recovery fees after I've already spent nearly $2,000 combined going to an emergency vet and two other local vets. You can only imagine how many tears I've cried and how stressful this is, not only for me but for Dennis too. He's my baby; I love him to death, but I'm running out of options and time. All rescues near me are full, and I couldn't get approved for any kind of credit cards. PLEASE help me save my kitty. Anything will help!
