Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out to ask for support during a difficult time for my brother's family. I created this GoFundMe on behalf of my big brother, Dennis Burdick, after the unexpected passing of his older brother, Johnny Burdick, on April 3, 2026, at the age of 54.

Johnny had a complicated journey in life and did not have immediate family beyond my brother Dennis. He also did not have any assets or savings set aside to cover end-of-life expenses, leaving Dennis to carry this unexpected financial burden while grieving the loss of his older brother.

Those who know Dennis know he is one of the kindest, most family oriented people I know. He will not hesitate to drop what he’s doing to help a friend or family member out. He truly believes in never leaving family behind, and he’s not one to ask for help unless he truly needs it.

Our goal is to raise $1,200 to cover the cost of Johnny’s cremation and any remaining end of life costs. Any contribution will make a difference and help ease the financial strain on him and his family.

We understand that funds are tight for many right now, but any contribution helps bring his brother home.
