I came to Honduras 7 years ago to teach at an international school and met Denis. What started off as a friendship turned into so much more! Long story short, we were married in September 2022. In December of 2023, we decided to start Denis’s immigration journey to the U.S. We are asking anyone who is able to help us raise funds to complete our journey and settle in the United States! I, Karen will return to teaching art in the public school system.

We are currently waiting to be assigned Denis’s visa appointment at the embassy in Tegucigalpa. Your donation will help us with upcoming immigration costs such as his medical appointment, Green Card fees, travel expenses, and resettling costs such as deposits, setting up house, etc.
