Denise Ann Bordelon Norris, 61, of Baton Rouge, passed away unexpectedly on February 5th, 2026. Denise was born and raised in Baton Rouge and graduated from Woodlawn High School. She mothered two sons whom she loved dearly. Denise made friends everywhere she went, from Louisiana to Tennessee, and was known for her generosity, loyalty, her love of animals, and her fondness for the color pink. She will be remembered fondly for the love she had for her family and her unapologetic sparkle.

In her free time, Denise loved anything Disney, enjoyed coloring to relax, could shop until she dropped, and was an exceptional cook. She especially cherished Christmas time with her family and friends. Denise is survived by her sons Vance and Erik Norris, her granddaughters Acelyn and Allison, and her siblings Myra, Lenwood, and Rene. The family is now facing unexpected funeral expenses and wishes to extend heartfelt gratitude to all those sending their love, well wishes, prayers, and any assistance during this difficult time.
