Hello, my name is Denise Martinez. I have created a GoFundMe account because two months ago I had a fall/injury in my shower, and six days later I had a fall/injury on my stairs outside my apartment. So with that being said, I am currently on medical leave and on FMLA. My work has donated 80 hours for me to receive a portion of my hourly salary. Unfortunately, that has ended, and I am asking for support from my friends and family to help with just a little something to keep my apartment and my monthly bills that are a necessity in order to survive.
