Help Barista Ashley & Daisy Mae After Car Accident

Hi everyone,

On Tuesday, April 30th, my dog Daisy Mae and I were heading back to Carlisle after a walk along the Appalachian Trail near Boiling Springs — Daisy loves to explore, especially on my days off work. On our way back, we were involved in a serious car accident at an intersection just outside of Carlisle. Thankfully, Daisy Mae and I are okay, but my car was completely totaled.

I live about 40 minutes outside of Carlisle, and my car was essential not only for getting to work and caring for daily needs, but also for staying connected to the local community that I care so much about. Many of you may know me as Ashley from Denim — I’m the Head Barista at Denim Coffee in Carlisle, and I’ve loved becoming a familiar face in the downtown and Dickinson College community.

Right now, I don’t have savings to cover the loss of my vehicle, and the financial strain is hitting hard. If you’re able to contribute — even just a little — it would make a huge difference.
