In February of 2022, my aunt Denice was diagnosed with breast cancer. She has already began the process of the cancer treatment and will need to undergo a full mastectomy to ensure she is cancer-free. This doesn’t include the possibility of more targeted therapy to complete a full recovery.

Denice is a strong single mother of two beautiful children, Tommy and Kendyll, and we want to do everything we can to help her in this fight so she can be healthy for herself and her kids. If you know Denice, you know just how strong of a woman she is, and though fighting this will be extremely difficult, she is one of the strongest women I know. Even with her health insurance, there are still a lot of out of pocket costs and high deductibles, and it adds up very quickly. She has already had to pay out of pocket for the initial treatment, which is why we are creating this GoFundMe. If you can help us in raising some of the costs, it would be a huge help. The last last thing she needs to worry about on top of fighting this disease is being able to support herself and her family during this time.
