Hi, my name is Demetrii Perry. I’m 31 years old and a mother of four boys. I’m reaching out during one of the hardest moments of my life. Recently, my children and I experienced a domestic violence situation that has left our home unsafe. All of the windows in our house were broken, and because of that, we are unable to stay there. To be completely honest, we currently have nowhere to go. I also recently lost my job, which has made it impossible for me to afford repairs, transportation, or even temporary housing. I don’t have reliable transportation to move around freely or to quickly secure new work, which has made escaping this situation even more difficult.

Right now, I’m asking for help to get back on my feet. The funds raised will go toward temporary shelter (hotel stay), transportation so I can secure employment, and repairs to make our home safe again or help relocating to a safer place altogether. My only goal is to protect my children, provide stability, and rebuild our lives in a safe environment.
