Hello. My name is Demetria. In 2020 I moved into what I hoped would be my forever home. Unfortunately, I soon discovered that the house had been poorly and improperly rehabilitated before I bought it. Since then, I have faced one unexpected repair after another. First, the plumbing (I had to replace the main pipe less than 2 months after moving in) then the electrical (permits were not pulled by the rehabber) and now my HVAC system needs to be completely replaced. Rising utility bill cost has become overwhelming, making it even harder to keep up.

Any amount you can give is greatly appreciated. Your kindness and generosity will make a real difference in my life, helping me stay in my home and focus on my well-being. Thank you so much for considering a donation and for supporting me during this difficult time. I truly appreciate you.
