Help Dema make ends meet after surgery

My mom, Dema Gard, has been suffering from back pain for quite a few years now. It has come to the point where she must have back surgery, a lumbar laminectomy w/ pedicle screws (fusion). There is a minimum of 4-6 weeks to recover after such a surgery. The problem is this is going to require more time off work than my mom has available for sick leave. Also, her out of pocket cost is more than she has available in her HSA account for the whole year.

Help my mom pay her medical bills as well as make ends meet after surgery.
