Help Delta Walk Again: Saving Her Leg from Amputation!

Hi everyone, our beloved Delta, a sweet and energetic 11 month old Queensland Heeler, Border Collie, Corgi mix with a heart of gold, is in urgent need of your help. She's more than just a dog; she's my little baby and my service animal, who brings endless joy and love into my life every single day. Recently, our world was turned upside down when Delta suffered a severe injury, she jumped out of the back of my truck trying to join us in playing. She attempted to jump over my toolbox instead of out of the tailgate side and I believe she got her leg caught up in between the cab and the bed of the truck, tearing the ligaments in her back right leg.
It all happened on May 20th while I was on break at school. My girlfriend and I were chasing eachother in the parking lot and I heard Delta jump out of the truck to join us (this is normal for her) by the time I caught up to my girlfriend I thought "Delta should've caught up to us by now" I turned around and walked from in between the vehicles and saw my sweet baby in the middle of the parking lot limping and whining. I yelled for Serenity (girlfriend) then rushed over and scooped Delta up. We then went and signed out of class and rushed to the vet. They took X-rays and said that the bones in her leg were not broken, but the injury could either be a sprain or at the absolute worse torn ligaments. Now today for her follow up visit to the vet they have concluded she has indeed torn the ligaments in her leg, and her bones are now not being held together in the right place.
The veterinarians have given us two primary options: amputation of the leg, or a complex and costly surgical procedure to fuse the bones together. Amputation, while an option, would drastically change Delta's quality of life and her ability to enjoy her favorite activities, like hiking, swimming, playing with her new baby brother (5 week old husky mix), riding with me on my motorcycle, jumping onto tall obstacles. We truly believe that with the right care, she can regain full use of her leg and continue to live a happy, active life.
The best option for Delta's long-term well-being is the bone fusion surgery. This procedure will stabilize her leg, alleviate her pain, and allow her to walk and run normally again. However, this specialized surgery comes with a significant price tag. The estimated cost for the surgery, including pre- and post-operative care, rehabilitation, and medications, is approximately"$5,000 - $8,000. From what the Vet has informed me
As much as I want to give Delta the best possible chance, this unexpected medical emergency has placed a tremendous financial burden on me. I've already exhausted my savings from last week and I am now reaching out to my community, friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers for support. Every dollar, no matter how small, will bring us one step closer to getting Delta the surgery she desperately needs.
Every contribution will go directly towards:
* The bone fusion surgery
* Anesthesia and surgical supplies
* Hospitalization and post-operative care
* Pain management medication
* Physical therapy and rehabilitation sessions
* Anything and everything to do with Delta to make my baby girl not been in pain and be happy.
Despite the pain and discomfort, Delta continues to show her incredible resilience and loving spirit. She comes up to us with loving eyes and kisses. She knows that i am doing everything i can to help her feel better. The look in her eyes when she came up to me after she hurt herself was the look of "Daddy help me, I got hurt" Her continuous love and stubbornness to not go play is a reminder for us as to why we are fighting so hard for her. We know she has so much more life to live and adventures to embark on.
