My name is Delroy Smith and as many of you may know that I am from the Island of Jamaica. Jamaica was hit by a Category 5 Hurricane, Melissa, and it brought devastation to the country and many are left homeless without food, clothes and shelter. Unfortunately, my father is one of those homeless person affected by the hurricane. My father's home has been destroyed and everything in the home was also destroyed and he needs to start over. The red and pink home in this picture was not just my father's home, but it was also the home I was born in and had great summer memories. The Smith Family is currently seeking assistance to rebuild my childhood home and to provide the necessary items that are needed during these difficult times to my family in Jamaica. Your donations will go towards rebuilding, food, clothes and temporary shelter while the home is under construction. The home is currently not in a livable condition therefore he cannot reside there during the rebuilding phase. We are thankful for all your donations and no amount is too small. We are very grateful that we have a village that is able to assist our family to navigate during these extremely difficult time.
