Support for Della & Frank Faryna
On Saturday, October 19, our dear friends Della and Frank Faryna of Ellsworth, PA, suffered a devastating loss when their garage caught fire. Thankfully, no one was hurt, but the fire destroyed a lifetime of collections, materials, and irreplaceable items. As they face this difficult time, we are reaching out to the community for support.
Della and Frank are the heart and soul of Ellsworth, always giving selflessly to others. Della has been on the Bentleyville Library's Board of Trustees and chaired fundraising efforts. For 15 years, she led the Ellsworth Lighting Fund, brightening Christmas for families in need. A dedicated volunteer at Ave Maria School, she worked tirelessly in the cafeteria, organized bingo nights, and supported countless nonprofits. Frank, a lifetime member of the Ellsworth VFC, and Della, a social member, have always stood ready to help their neighbors.
For 25 years, they owned Fox’s in Bentleyville and never hesitated to give back. During the pandemic, they provided free pizzas to the community, and over the years, they’ve donated to local causes like the Alex Run and Polish Club events. Della was honored as Volunteer of the Month by the Observer-Reporter/Range Resources for her unwavering commitment to the community.
Their children, Frank Faryna and Hillary Allison, are proud to call these two incredible individuals their parents. Now, it's our turn to give back to the couple who has done so much for us all.
Any contribution, big or small, will help offset the costs they are about to face as they rebuild what was lost. If you're unable to donate, sharing this page or keeping them in your thoughts would mean the world. Let’s show Della and Frank how much their generosity has meant to us by offering support in their time of need.
Thank you for your kindness.
