This August, two teams of optometry students from Pacific University will be traveling to Zapallal, Peru and Ixcan, Guatemala with AMIGOS Eyecare, a student-led nonprofit affiliated with VOSH international. Our mission is to provide free, quality eye care to underserved communities around the world.

On these upcoming trips, we'll be providing full eye exams, fitting patients with glasses, and partnering with local ophthalmologists to establish sustainable care connections.

While we are fortunate to receive donated glasses and diagnostic tools, the costs of airfare, lodging, meals, and medical supplies add up quickly - especially with two simultaneous international service trips. As full-time student, we're relying on fundraising to help make these missions possible.

Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward helping us deliver critical eye care to communities with limited access.
