Help Delirama After Major Power Outage Loss

Hi, Anahita the owner of Delirama here.

On Tuesday March 21st after major wind storms, the deli lost power. Unfortunately, that power outage lasted four whole days, resulting in a loss of all of our inventory- 2,000lbs of brining pastrami, sauces, dough, eggs, milk, resulting in a loss over $20,000 wholesale cost and around $100,000 worth of revenue. We are absolutely devastated and the severity of the situation can be very hard for us to survive as such a small business. Our hard working employees are also out of work- and as our pastrami takes 18-26 days to brine, we are very scared for what will happen to us meanwhile.

We would greatly appreciate your support to help cover some of the purchase amount for new meat to brine our pastrami, as well as help us raise money to buy a standby generator so we can prevent this loss from happening again. Without your support so far we would have never gotten this far, and at this time we need you so we can start serving our pastrami again as soon as possible.
