I am Delia Ortiz. For those that know me, this wasn’t easy for me to do, but due to the circumstances, I have no other options.

I am asking for help for my son, Chris, and myself. Chris was recently hospitalized in June for 4 weeks due to Chronic Respiratory Failure. He was released and hasn’t been cleared to work due to being on oxygen 24/7 as he continues his recovery.
