Hi, I’m Deidre.

I just moved 6 months ago and I was not prepared for the slow season in Florida. I have a 14-year-old son and a baby on the way. My work closed this month and left me without income. The slow season has caused us to be scheduled only a couple of days a week, and we're lucky to make anything. I have been desperately seeking a second job and applied at so many places but haven't had any luck. I start school in January as well. I’m worried about Christmas and all my bills that just continue to pile up. As embarrassing as it is, I just don’t know what else to do. Anything helps. I truly need a breakthrough. It seems sometimes when you try so hard for so long that nothing will come. Thank you for anything you can help with. Whatever is helped with will be put towards bills that I have gotten behind on and rent, along with items for the baby and necessities for my son.
