Help defending Frivolous ADA lawsuit

Hi everyone, my name is Michael, I’m going through very hard and emotional time defending a frivolous ADA lawsuit for my business (sandwich shop) in business for almost 40 years.
More than 700 lawsuits (more than 30 businesses in one day within 3 blocks of Park st. In Alameda) were filed from this one plaintiff and it shows no signs for him to stop.
I’m motioning vexatious litigant against him. That means he can’t sue anymore in Alameda county unless he gets an approval from a judge. And this causes more legal fees and paying Certified Access Specialist, CASp.
This will protect other business owners from being sued in the future.
A lot of people just settled (approximately $12k to $20k to pay the plaintiffs attorney and violation) but I’m trying to go to trial.
And this cost me more legal fees than I thought.
I would very much appreciate any amount of donation to stop this.
