The voters of Adams County chose Kara Dolezal — and that choice is under attack.
Kara ran for county office to serve her community—to protect taxpayer dollars from fraud and wasteful spending and to help ensure local government worked with integrity and transparency. The voters chose her. Beyond the politics, this is about a person’s livelihood. This position is her job—how she supports her family. She is a mom, a wife, a grandmother, and a friend. She stepped forward to make a difference, not to become the target of retaliation. Stripping her of the role she was duly elected to hold would not just silence a public servant—it would disrupt a family’s stability and send a chilling message to anyone else who dares to stand up for accountability.
