We are raising money to help protect micromobility in St. Petersburg, FL.
Recently, it has come to our attention that local law enforcement and city government are attempting to outlaw Personal Electric Vehicles (PEVs). This includes a range of devices, including EUCs, Onewheels, and electric skateboards. This comes after a statewide ban on electric motorcycles, including Sur-Rons and Talarias, has already been implemented.
I’ve decided to represent myself and my community in an effort to challenge unjust local ordinances and protect our constitutional rights, freedom of movement, and environmental health. As part of this effort, I’m sending certified Sunshine Law requests, legal objections, and motions to government agencies demanding transparency, accountability, and equal rights.
Every certified letter, legal filing, and research document adds up in cost—postage, printing, and service fees—all of which I’m personally covering.
I’m asking for your support to help offset these expenses so I can continue this work effectively. Your donation will directly fund certified mailings, legal documentation, and public awareness efforts.
Together, we can stand up for sustainable technology, civil liberties, and government accountability. Any amount helps—and means more than you know.
Thank you for supporting truth, justice, and our collective future.
