I am currently involved in a legal battle with the city of Yakima. After a 13 year battle, I won my case, but now the city has decided to appeal the decision. City manager Vicki Baker and mayor Brown are moving forward with lawfare. Appealing and trying to overturn my legal victory over the corrupt city of Yakima. Instead of offering an apology for falsely charging me criminally and trying to destroy my life, city leaders are punishing me with lawfare, using your tax dollars while protecting corrupt city staff.

I even tried to end this nightmare with a sweetheart settlement that the city council rejected. This means I am facing another round of legal proceedings, which will be very expensive to defend. The costs of attorney fees and court expenses are overwhelming, and I cannot cover them on my own.

The money raised through this fundraiser will go directly towards paying for attorney fees as I continue to defend my case. I believe it is important to stand up for what is right and to hold local government accountable. This fight is not just for me, but for everyone who wants to see fairness and justice in our community.
