Help Deeping United FC U10 Girls raise money

Donation protected
Hi there,

On April 24th, 16 parents/coaches of Deeping United U10 Girls will be tackling the 10K Tough Mudder obstacle course, and 19 kids will be doing a 1 Mile Mini Mudder at Belvoir Castle near Grantham.

Deeping United Football Club are passionate about promoting and contributing to local good causes so we are proud that our U10 girls, their coaches and their parents are raising funds for Sue Ryder Thorpe Hall Hospice in memory of Steve Gavaghan who lost his battle to brain cancer last year.

Steve was the loving father of one of our U10 girls and the team at the Thorpe Hall Hospice cared for him in his final hours. Many of us at Deeping United have a close connection to the hospice and we’d like to support them in the wonderful work that they do.

As well as raising money for the hospice, our U10 girls are also fundraising for the club to help it flourish so it can provide the best provision possible.  Our female provision is the fastest growing part of our club and Deeping United is now the footballing home to over 150 women and girls.

We are thrilled to say this as our aim has always been to provide a fun, safe and inclusive place to play football and we believe that gender, religion, physical or mental barriers, age or ability should not be a barrier.

However large or small, please donate to help support Thorpe Hall Hospice and Deeping United Football Club.
