Hi, my name is Deena, and I’m the owner and creator behind Wild About Wreaths.
I never imagined I would be in a position to ask for help, but life has brought me to a place where I truly need it. Over the past several months, I have been suffering from severe pain caused by herniated discs in my lower back with extreme sciatica. I’ve tried multiple treatments in hopes of avoiding surgery, including injections and therapy, but unfortunately my condition has worsened instead of improved. My doctor is now recommending surgery as the next step.
Because of this injury, I am currently unable to work and do what I love most—creating wreaths and running my small business. Designing wreaths requires standing for long periods of time, bending, lifting, and using my hands constantly. Right now, even simple daily activities are painful, and I physically cannot keep up with my work. My business is my livelihood. It supports my family and allows me to serve an amazing community that I love so much. Being forced to pause has been heartbreaking, and the financial stress has been overwhelming.
I am raising funds to help cover:
• Medical and surgery expenses
This is not easy for me to share, but I believe in the power of community and prayer. If you are able to donate, know that it will go directly toward helping me heal and get back to doing what I love—creating and teaching others through Wild About Wreaths. If you cannot donate, I completely understand and would be so grateful for your prayers and for sharing this page. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for every ounce of love, support, and encouragement you’ve shown me. I truly believe better days are ahead, and I can’t wait to get back to creating again.
With love and gratitude,
Deena
