Help Deegan Heal AGAIN! — the best cat ever!

Hi, my name is Jessica. On May 5th, I rescued Deegan off one of the busiest highways in NYC. He was in terrible shape — likely thrown from a car (people can be so cruel). Deegan suffered a compound fracture and had clearly been through hell.

But this little fighter didn’t give up.

With surgery, love, and an unbelievable will to live, Deegan pulled through. He’s now found his forever home with my mom — a retired nurse with the gentlest heart. She gives him endless love, but she needs help affording what we hope will be his final surgery: the removal of hardware that has sadly become infected and opened his incision a year later.
