Help Dee Rebuild After the Flood in Snohomish

UPDATE (12/13): We are so happy to have Dee with us now. We are now waiting for the water to subside, which will take a while. She will probably be able to get to the property in about a week, when she can recover her car! There will be a lot of cleanup to do!

UPDATE (12/12 afternoon): Dee is home safe with us! We are so grateful to the National Guard for bringing her and our other friends to safety!

UPDATE: (12/12 afternoon). I am waiting to hear from Dee that she is safely on the other side of the water. The boats are coming now to take them to higher ground.

UPDATE: We are still waiting for Dee and the family she is staying with to be able to get out of their home. They are still surrounded by water as of midnight (12/12). They are hoping to be able to leave today.

Hi, my name is Amanda Adams, from Monroe, WA. I am asking for help to raise funds for my good friend, Dee Godere. She lost her tiny home yesterday morning (12/11) in the flood in Snohomish, WA. She will need to replace almost all of her personal belongings, and will need to replace equipment to keep her working as a massage therapist. She loved her little home. Any, any help is appreciated while she navigates this time. We love you!

Funds raised to help Dee will be sent directly to her, so that she can secure housing and purchase essentials such as clothing, toiletries, household items, and work equipment. I will post updates here.
