Help Dee pay her bills

I've been struggling with my mental, and physical health for a few years now. Recently I had a depressive episode and was on the verge of suicide.
As a result, I'm on mandatory leave from work, and I'm not sure when I'll be going back.

I also have an existing medical bill that needs to be paid by August 31st.
My Insurance won't cover the x-ray, and the appointment with the Podiatrist.
I've already lost 160 dollars from missing work that wasn't paid time off. And over the next week I'll be missing four more shifts. 
There's a chance I'll be out of work an additional two weeks.
Either way, I won't be getting paid for a while, and need the money by the end of next month.
