Our son Declan has been given an incredible opportunity to travel to Estonia this summer and study with government officials while living with a host family. As a dedicated and hard-working student, Declan is currently enrolled in the rigorous International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme, which prepares students for university with college-level courses and the chance to earn college credit. He is fascinated by geopolitics and dreams of studying political science at top universities like Harvard, Georgetown, or Stanford.

Declan was recently awarded a Global Navigator High School Summer Abroad Scholarship, which will cover about half of the program costs. We are so proud of his achievements and determination. However, we still need to raise additional funds to cover the remaining program fees, airfare, passports, visas, and living expenses while he is in Estonia. This experience will not only give Declan a unique perspective on international relations and government, but it will also improve his resume for college applications.
