My name is Debra, and for the past three and a half years, I’ve put my heart and soul into my education. I faced every challenge head-on, working through a learning disability, anxiety, and depression. No matter how tough things got, I never gave up. I completed computer classes, hands-on work, and did everything my school asked of me. Even though my disability prevented me from finishing the massage program, I graduated from the Medical Administration Assistant program—wearing my cap and gown after more than a year of hard work.
Graduating was a huge milestone, but because of my disability, I was dropped from the program and lost the credits I worked so hard for. Now, I’m starting over at a new school. I begin orientation on the 10th and classes on the 14th, but I have to start from day one. Financial aid is helping, but after everything is applied, I still owe tuition—and I have nothing left for moving or basic needs. It’s heartbreaking to be so close to moving forward, only to be held back by money.
I’m reaching out for help because I truly want to continue my education and build a better future. Your support would mean the world to me. Even the smallest donation can help me get back on track and show me that I’m not alone in this journey. Thank you for reading my story and for any help you can give.
