Help Debbie Rebuild After Losing Everything

Dear friend and family,

What was supposed to be a day of celebration turned into a nightmare during the middle of the night. My mom (Debra Mercer) woke up to water in her home and was unable to escape due to the rapidly moving water. At one point she was neck deep in water having to use a door as a float to stay above the anger flood waters. By the grace of God, she was able to escape safely and for that we are incredibly grateful but she lost her home, her belongings, and everything she has! It’s truly a miracle she was able to escape.

She’s currently displaced, without a permanent place to live, and facing the overwhelming task of starting from scratch. The emotional toll is heavy, and the financial burden is even heavier.

Many of you have reached out and asked how you can help after my mom after she has tragically lost everything. She will have to replace her home and all her belongings.

All Funds raised will go toward:

• Emergency housing and living expenses

• Replacing essential items (clothing, furniture, appliances)

• Home repairs or relocation assistance

• Medical and transportation costs

• Anything else needed to rebuild her life
