Help Debra continue chemo at MD Anderson

Hi, my name is Debra and I am 60 years old and raising money to help me continue to get my pancreatic cancer chemo treatments. I travel from Arkansas to Houston Texas every other week to get 6 hours of Folfironox chemo and then get hooked to my pump that provides the last chemo drug it stays on for 46 hours. It is 680 miles round trip to get my chemo. I stay in a hotel 2 nights at $84.00 a night. That is a discounted price for M D Anderson patients. I also have to pay a 13-15 dollar parking fee each day I go to the hospital. Then I have to keep up with the price of medication and syringes to flush and remove my pump from the port inserted in the right side of my chest. I am a widow and am raising 3 grandchildren. My eldest Grandson is a college freshman this year. My granddaughter is a senior this year and the My young Grandson is in 5th grade this year. It has been very hard raising them on my social security disability check. Now it is harder because of the cancer. Please help me make ends meet where I can still go to Houston to get my cancer care there. This last trip on Nov.7,8,9. Has really taken a toll on my pocket book. I go back again on November 18th for appointments with Dr. A new scan of my pancreas liver with contrast to see how the chemo is working. I will be there the night of the 17th, 18th for tests and dr. Appointments. The 19th will be my chemo treatment and i will return home on the 20th.
