Hi friends and family, I’m reaching out because I need cataract surgery to restore my vision and maintain my independence. Over the past few years, my eyesight has become increasingly cloudy and blurred. Everyday activities like driving, reading, watching TV, and enjoying time with family and friends have become more difficult. Cataract surgery can help, but the out-of-pocket costs for the lenses are more than I can manage on my own.

One of the things that means the most to me is being able to drive my grandchildren to and from school, attend their sporting events, and continue being an active part of their lives. The funds raised will help cover the portion of my cataract surgery and specialized lens costs that Medicare does not cover.
