Help Deborah King Provide Shelter and Healthcare

My name is Deborah King, and I’m originally from Liberia, West Africa. I am a Christian, and it has always been my deepest desire to help the less privileged.

Coming from an underdeveloped country, I experienced many challenges growing up. One of the most painful moments in my life was losing my mother during childbirth due to a lack of proper medical support. Childhood wasn’t easy, but by the grace of God, I am here today—and I am grateful.

Every night as I lay in bed, I reflect on ways I can be a blessing to others. I often ask myself: What can I do to give someone hope? How can I let someone know they are seen, loved, and not forgotten?

Over the years, I’ve done what I could to support children back home in Liberia—mostly by helping pay their school tuition so they can get an education. But my vision doesn’t stop there. I want to expand this mission to include healthcare support, shelter, and basic necessities for those who need it most.

As a single mother living paycheck to paycheck, bringing this vision to life has not been easy. That’s why I’ve decided to open this account—to invite others to partner with me in this mission.

The goal is to provide:

• Medical assistance to the underserved

• Shelter for the homeless

• Hope for the hopeless

I hold on to the words in Matthew 25:35–45, which remind us that when we serve the least among us, we are serving Christ Himself.
