Help Deborah and Frank Restore Water and floors

My grandparents, Deborah and Frank, have been hit with horrible news that their water tank, pipes, and wiring all burnt up, and they have no water in their home. They are both on disability and do not have the money to fix this. We’ve tried everything; they are not able to take out a loan, and they don’t have anything to sell. They can’t go without water, and we are not sure what else to do. We’re hoping to get them some help with this. We’re looking into emergency assistance, but that could take weeks, and I’m not even sure it exists for this situation. They’re both diabetic, they both have heart problems, and this is very stressful for them. It honestly worries me. They’re 65 years old and should not have to deal with this, but unfortunately, it happened. They’re also trying to fix their flooring in their trailer, they have holes in their floors and they really need replaced, its an old trailer and they just don’t have the money to fix its issues anymore..
