Martin Elliott Schwartz, “Marty”, age 57, passed away Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at Ascension All Saints Hospital. He was born in Racine, April 23, 1964, son of Howard and Judith (Nee:Tobias) Schwartz.

Marty graduated from J.I. Case High School, “Class of 1982”. Marty was an avid bowler and united two bowling families when he married Debra Schneider in 1994. Besides bowling, Marty excelled at making people laugh whether it was through a sarcastic comment, a witty comeback or his daily facebook memes. Before his early retirement, he worked his way through the fast-food ranks for over 30 years. He began at Burger King, graduated from Hamburger University while at McDonalds, and completed his career as a manager for Wendy’s. Marty was a devoted husband and father and will be dearly missed.

Surviving are his wife, Debra; children, Elise (Ryan) and Daniel Schwartz; his mother, Judith Schwartz; brothers, Neil (Cindy) Schwartz, Kenny (Cathy) Schwartz; in-laws, Dave Schneider, AJ (Kris) Hedges, Diane (Craig) Hedges; special cousins, Phil, Jody, and Baley Rigby; nieces, Heather, Tori, Stephanie, Allie, Madison, McKenzie, Lea, and Keni; nephews, David, Max, and Ben; other relatives and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Howard, his brother, Stevie, and his nephew, Brad.

As we all know, Marty’s passing was completely unexpected and unbelievably devastating. I have put together this go fund me to help Debi and family with the unforeseen costs of the funeral and other expenses. If anyone is able to contribute, it would be greatly appreciated.
