Hi I am fundraising for my father and I to be able to stay in Sydney while my mother Debbie MacIsaac is in critical condition in the ICU. The money raised would help with the hotel costs.

My mother has been battling cancer since 4 years now. She finished her last rounds of chemotherapy and went to halifax for her scan on February 2nd. She caught an infection known as Legionnaires' disease. Which is a severe form of pneumonia — lung inflammation usually caused by infection. This is what has brought her in to the hospital. The lungs weren't producing enough oxygen and mom went into cardiac arrest. They were able to stabilize her heart in Inverness Hospital with medication. We got her to the ICU in Sydney and they had intubate mom. There is a lot of inflammation in the lung. Her cancer is also back and highly progressed.
