Please Help Support My Mom After Her loss.

My name is Mareya, and I'm here to help my mother Debbie restore her world. Her home was taken by the Eaton, Altadena Fire days ago. We're devastated.. We truly don't know where to begin, or how to start to rebuild her world, and I'm desperate to do all in my power for her. In saying such, I come to my community of people and the world, to say "please give", share this link, pray - anything you can give/do would be of great assistance, a blessing.

To shed light and love on our history here..
For 47 years, this home has been my mother's sanctuary. Our childhood home, our home for the holidays, holding generations of memories, all gone now.

The day the fire hit our home, my family and I battled hard to protect our community, as it crumbled before us. We fought valiantly, battling the flames, going from house to house, until the last drop of water was gone. The city turned off the water to the entire community in the early hours without warning, no firemen in sight yet, although officers were so helpful, the fire took over. Our mother's home was consumed, leaving her with but a few items that she could pack quickly, leaving behind so much. My mother's home gone..everything within we all cherished is gone..unbelievable.

Our mother is a giver; heart of gold. We pray she is just as blessed as the blessings she bestows onto others and us. She isn't just a resident of Altadena; she's a pillar of the community. She's the neighbor who always had an open door, the friend who lent a helping hand, and the volunteer who dedicated her life to making the world a better place. She's volunteered at countless local charities, from St. Vincent De Paul, House of Ruth Women’s Shelters, Covenant House, Pasadena Humane Society, helping build homes in Mexico, sponsoring children's education in Kenya, helping farmers get fresh starts to support their families, purchasing livestock not only to feed their families but to give them the ability to grow a prosperous business. Without hesitation, she gave her heart. Even after losing it all, she continues to worry about the commitments she has to others. Her heart knows no limits; it shows in her kindness and selfless dedication to the people in her life.

The fire has taken everything from her, leaving her with an uncertain future. Every contribution will bring her one step closer to healing and finding a new beginning.

Please open your hearts - donate, share, and pray generously.
May you give; be it monetarily, or simply sharing our story - every gesture is greatly appreciated. Please send prayers for our mother in support in building her new life.
We pray for all whom have been impacted by these events, and we thank you all for your attention, care and love.
