Hi I'm Judi Raubaugh of millville, DE. My good friend & neighbor Debbie Lucas had a devastating house fire 8/13/2024. She's a disabled woman raising 3 grandchildren since toddlers. Last year she lost her daughter as well as her husband of 32 yrs this year and now her home. Any help would be appreciated in helping to rebuild her home.
