​Hello, my name is Adam Kuharik. I’m writing to you today for my mother, Debbie Kuharik, who was recently diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer's disease.

​For those of you who know my mom, you know she is a beautiful, full of life, loving mother, grandmother, sister, friend and very hard worker. She has always been the one to help others with no questions asked. She can always light up a room with her beautiful smile and outgoing personality.

​This diagnosis has been devastating for our family. The one glimmer of hope is a new treatment that can help slow the progression of this disease, giving us more precious time with her.

​Unfortunately, we've hit a major roadblock. The treatment is not covered by her insurance and will be 100% out-of-pocket.

​This is why I'm asking for your help. The total cost for the treatment is $50,000. This amount will specifically cover:
