Hi, my name is Carl—and I want to tell you about my dear friend, Debbee Romagnoli.

If you’re from the St. Catharines, Ontario area, you may know Debbee as the vibrant hairdresser who made people feel like a million bucks, or as the passionate cat lover who always had time for animals—and for some people, she’s been both, and so much more.

I first met Debbee while working at a call centre years ago. Beneath her quiet exterior was a bright, magnetic soul who lit up every room with kindness and humor. She was the one who always made others smile—even on the darkest days.

Later, Debbee followed her dream. She became a licensed hairstylist, built a loyal client base, and worked magic behind the chair at some of Niagara’s top salons. She had a special gift—not just for making people look their best, but for making them feel their best.

But now, Debbee needs us.

After facing a string of serious health issues, Debbee is no longer able to stand or work. Her condition has worsened to the point where she’s been given an impossible choice: undergo a life-altering amputation or face even graver consequences.

She’s in urgent need of support—for medical equipment, mobility aids, home renovations, and recovery care. Every dollar will go directly to Debbee, to help her regain independence and dignity during this incredibly difficult time.
