My name is Deb and I found this 12-week-old puppy on a roof at 5am on 7/4/2024. I notified the authorities and assumed they helped him out. They did not. At 7pm, I observed this little guy still on the roof with his leash attached and an obviously broken leg. So, I called 911 this time and the fire department was there to save him. I took him to the vets today and they confirmed he needs to see an orthopedic surgeon. His growth plate in his elbow is fractured and will not heal on its own. He needs screws and a plate.

The owner, one of my neighbors, was located and she is not being cooperative. I don’t want this poor boy to end up in a shelter. And he definitely deserves to be well. Anything is so appreciated, even just a share.
