Hello Everyone,

This is Aaron and Jen, and we are creating this fundraiser on behalf of Aaron's mom, Debbie, and her partner John.

As you all know, the Dixie Fire has been wrecking havoc in Northern California.

Unfortunately, in it's wrath, it completely destroyed Deb & John's primary home and business, Quail Lodge Lake Almanor.

Deb & John purchased Quail Lodge, located in Canyon Dam, in July 2014. They put countless hours of love and hard work into remodeling the lodge and property, transforming it into a very special home away from home for countless people. Our family has made so many precious memories there over the years, and we are not alone. It was a place beloved by many, locals and visitors alike.

Deb and John are some of the most selfless people we know. They host Veteran events every year and also volunteer their time to the Almanor Fishing Association. They are always willing to help anyone in need, family, friend or stranger...even during blizzard like conditions...or fire. Just last week, they returned to their property to open their rooms for the fire fighters and cook them warm meals after long days battling this beast.

Now it is time for us to support them. They would never ask for assistance, so we are doing it on their behalf. We want to help them get back on their feet and provide support on the long road ahead.  Whether they choose to use funds to cleanup and rebuild their own property or help to rebuild their community, we want them to be able to do so.
