Asking for help is really hard for me but at this point unfortunately I don't have a choice. Most of you know I had to retire my service dog Jack. He has hip dysplasia & a partially torn ACL. He is only 6 years old & his mobility is greatly impaired. He is on pain management but this treatment has the potential to heal him. He is my heart dog & is in pain every day. This boy quite literally changed my life. After I lost my daughter Ashley my world got smaller & smaller. I couldn't leave my house without having panic attacks. Jack opened the world up for me. I was able to do things & go places alone, something I pretty much lost hope that I would ever be able to do. I owe this sweet boy!

My vet told me physical therapy could literally change his life. It is very expensive & beyond my ability to afford. It is $1400 to have enough sessions to begin to make a difference. I just need help to get him started for now. If it is in your heart please, please help if you can. Please help me give Jack the retirement he is owed. The sooner I am able to start the better the outcome. Please share this with anyone you think may be willing to help.
