My name is Dea. Our family has been through so much in the last year. Last September, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Since that diagnosis, I haven't been able to work a regular job. I earn funds when and where I can, but our finances just do not meet our income each month, and we are slipping further and further behind on our utilities.

On top of our regular bills, we just had a pet emergency that sadly ended with our family having to send our little boy over the rainbow bridge, and now we have that bill to add to our monthly expenses.

Please know - this is extremely difficult to even ask, but, by the end of this month, we are looking at having both our electric and water turned off because we are so very far behind. And, we will now possibly need to add the worry of buying food because our SNAP benefits are at risk. I feel like we are slowly drowning! Anything helps.
