I am reaching out because my family and I are facing one of the toughest times of our lives. Just three weeks ago, I lost my job, and last Tuesday, my wife underwent open heart surgery. We are also raising our 17-year-old grandson, and while our church has been kind enough to help us with some food, we are struggling to keep up with everything. The bills are piling up, and it’s been hard to keep groceries on the table.

I have always tried to provide for my family, but right now, I am at a loss and don’t know where else to turn.
