Hi Friends and Family,
My cousin, Deanne and her husband, Mike lost their home in the wildfire that ripped through Superior, CO on Thurs, 12/30. With only 5 minutes to evacuate, they took only essential items from their safe and the clothes on their back.
While we are so grateful they’re safe, they’re going to need a lot of help getting back on their feet. They need winter clothes, toiletries, food (eating out will get very expensive), and eventually everything to furnish a home. They didn’t have time to grab their computer, so we are donating one to them.
Deanne’s mom, my Aunt Shirley, lives in the area and can help, as well as Deanne and Mikes kids, Emily and Daniel. Even with the support of immediate family, they will still need extra love and support I know we can all offer.
Deanne (a recent cancer survivor) and Mike are such humble, loving, and kind people. Let’s help them get set up so they can be comfortable while they wait to hear what the next steps are with their insurance. Every little bit helps.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. May you have a blessed 2022
