Help DeAnn and wife Find Safety in NC.

DeAnn and I got married 11 years ago. Last year, on our 10th anniversary, we renewed our vows. It was beautiful.

We’ve lived in this apartment in Parkville for almost 11 years. It seemed so safe and such a nice neighborhood in the beginning. Over the years, crime from Baltimore has crept up Harford Rd. There has been gun violence, including carjackings, shootings, and armed robberies. It’s become very frightening. DeAnn doesn’t like me walking very far from the apartment, especially at night. She’s so caring about me.

In many ways, DeAnn has become my caregiver. I’ve de-conditioned so much over the years from illness, chronic pain, and being sedentary because of depression.

DeAnn has family in North Carolina. It’s so much safer there. They’ll be available to support us. We’re planning to move to Statesville, NC in the next couple of months. It’s a secure senior building with affordable rent. We’re getting a really good deal on rent. Finally, something we can afford.

We need moving expenses, especially movers. It’s going to cost a lot of money. Please help us make this dream come true.
