Help Deana Celebrate Her Birthday On Her Cancer Journey

Hi everyone! My name is Deana for those of you who are unfamiliar with me and my story.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer September 2024.

I started treatments immediately.

From the start chemo gave me a run for my money.

I experienced so many side effects, but I kept pushing through because I have a lot of life left in me!

My oncologist team decided that the chemo was too detrimental to my body and decided to stop all treatments.

I am gearing up for surgery and radiation.

My birthday is April 22. I will be 49 years old.

I want to do something nice for myself for my birthday, but my funds are depleted.

I want to look pretty.

I don’t feel as beautiful as I use to because of all my battle scars. No hair, dark circles around my eyes, discolored and dry skin, cracked up feet, and black nails.

I know this too shall pass, but I want to celebrate me.
