My name is Dean and I have Motor Neuron Disease. 
At the moment I live with my 80year old mother. 
As my condition deteriorates it becomes harder to move around the house. 
My aim is to raise enough money to allow for a purpose built MND friendly extension to the side of the house.
This would allow me easier access to toilet and sleeping facilities whilst taking pressure off my dear  mum.
