Help Dean Roff Continue His Mission of Hope

Dean Roff is my big brother. I have watched him for the past decade work tirelessly and selflessly to build the local non-profit, Homeless Hookup CLE. The mission was to help the homeless and underserved community in northeast Ohio. Dean started the mission by himself, operating out of the back of his car delivering food and supplies to areas where there was a significant homeless population. Over the last ten years, the charity grew to help thousands upon thousands of people and advocating through news channels, social media and public events.

Dean knew he needed more help, and brought in a board he believed could help with the financial portion of managing the non profit. Slowly, Dean was cut out of the major decisions and his input on how money was spent was silenced. Dean was then fired from his own non profit, his photo taken off the website as its founder.

I am starting this GoFundMe because Dean is not done helping people. Deans missions is built upon his own struggle with homelessness during the dark days of his drinking, and the death of his biological father who died homeless on the streets of Las Vegas. This purpose calls to Dean, like it does so many of us.

With Dean being recently fired from his non profit, he is now without transportation to continue his mission. I am looking to help raise funds for the purchase of a vehicle to help Dean in both his personal life and to continue his life changing and life saving work with the homeless in Ohio.
